The management of University of Uyo sympathized with the student community over the loss of properties after a robbery attack took place in the institution on Sunday night.

The semester’s examination was slated to begin today, 13th of February 2016. However, the University management decided to shift the examination because of the incident. According to a statement released by the registrar, Mr. Aniediabasi Tim, all exams scheduled to hold from the 14th of February will still be written. But the exams which were supposed to be written today 13th of February will be shifted to a later date which will be communicated in due course to the student community.
