Solange Knowles, R & B Goddess, has been featured on the cover of Bust Magazine’s April/May 2017 Issue.
According to Bust, the ‘ A Seat At a Table’ and ‘Don’t Touch my hair’ singer, in the magazine’s April/May 2017 cover story talks about how she was brought up in her mom’s salon, her experiences as a black in the music industry, and her amazing album, A Seat at a Table.
In an excerpt from the Magazine, Solange also talks about her feminism. “I’m a proud black feminist who wants not only to hear the term but actually feel it, and see the evolution of what intersectional feminism can actually achieve. I want women’s rights to be equally honored, and uplifted…” She said.
